INGREDIENTS

22 Cm, 8inch pizza base
or ready-prepared
base
1 T Tomato pure
1 T Chopped fresh oregano
1/2 Medium-size onion, sliced
finely
1/2 50 g, 2oz can of
anchovies drained
well
6 Halves of sun dried tomatoes
in seasoned drained and
chopped
oil
1/2 Red pepper, de-seeded and
sliced thinly

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to /200 øC/400 øF/Gas Mark 6.  Place the pizza base
on a lightly oiled baking sheet.  Mix the tomato puree and oregano
together and spread over the pizza  base.  Arrange the remaining
ingredients attractively on top of the pizza  and bake for 15 minutes.
