INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; stir until well blended. Reserving 1 tbsp. bacon, stir in remaining bacon. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with reserved bacon and parsley. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
