INGREDIENTS

1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
1 tb Grated onion
1 tb Prepared mustard
1 Egg
Plain salted crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Add onion, mustard, and egg.
Whip thoroughly. Spread cheese mixture over crackers, being careful to
completely cover each cracker. Place crackers on a cookie sheet. Toast
under broiler for a few minutes or until cheese turns light brown. Serve
warm. Yield: 1 cup.
