INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onions in butter until soft. Set aside. Combine flour and Parmesan
cheese. Cut in shortening to make coarse crumbly mixture. Blend in enough
milk to make a thick batter. Spread batter into a 10.5 x 15.5" pan. Cover
with Swiss cheese and sauteed onions. Bake at 375 degrees until crisp and
golden.
