(9 inch) pie shell; unbaked |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saut. mushrooms, bacon, onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil until
tender. Drain well and cool. Combine eggs, cheese and seasonings. Stir into
onion-bacon mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
