INGREDIENTS
1 | lb | Mushrooms, sliced |
6 | Bacon, diced | |
1/2 | Onion, sliced | |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
2 | T | Chopped parsley |
3 | T | Olive oil |
4 | Eggs, beaten | |
1 | c | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/4 | t | Pepper |
1 | 9 inch pie shell unbaked |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saut mushrooms, bacon, onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil until tender. Drain well and cool. Combine eggs, cheese and seasonings. Stir into onion-bacon mixture.
