INGREDIENTS
2 | Cans small onions, drained | |
1 | 4-oz mushrooms drained | |
1/2 | Stick butter | |
4 | T | Flour |
2 | c | Milk |
1/4 | lb | Grated cheese |
2 | T | Mayonnaise |
INSTRUCTIONS
Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk. When thick, add cheese and mayonnaise, stirring well. Combine onions and mushrooms, put into 1-1/2 quart casserole and pour sauce over. Top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Perfect with barbecued meat. MRS B.M.
