INGREDIENTS

2 Cans small onions, drained
1 4-oz mushrooms drained
1/2 Stick butter
4 T Flour
2 c Milk
1/4 lb Grated cheese
2 T Mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS

Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk. When thick, add cheese and
mayonnaise, stirring well. Combine onions and mushrooms, put into
1-1/2 quart casserole and pour sauce over. Top with seasoned bread
crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Perfect with barbecued meat.  MRS
