1/2 | c | Dry white wine |

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a large frying pan and add the oil and garlic along with onions. Saute until they just begin to brown. Add the herbs and the wine and simmer until the onions are very tender, about 10 minutes. Check for salt and pepper. You should need a little. This can almost be served as an onion relish. It is light enough to be supportive with red or white meat dishes, and it is great with fish.
