INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet, brown meat; drain. Stir in onion, green pepper, celery, milk,
tomato sauce, and seasonings. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Makes
12 servings.
Serving suggestions: Pour over cooked rice, serve in a hamburger bun; or
mix with 1 lb cooked pasta, top with 2 cups shredded cheese and bake in 350
F oven for 30 minutes.
