2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh cracked black pepper
3 c Romaine lettuce, torn
3 c Endive, torn
1 Tomato, chunked
1 T Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper for the dressing. Toss
