INGREDIENTS

1 Head lettuce, torn in
bite sized pieces
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 T Green onions, sliced
1 Avocado, seeded peeled and
sliced
1 11-oz mandarin oranges
drained
1/4 c Orange juice
1/2 c Salad oil
2 T Sugar
2 T Red wine vinegar
1 T Lemon juice
1/4 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

EST In a large salad bowl, combine  lettuce, cucumber, avocado,
mandarin oranges, and green onion. In a  separate container, combine
dressing ingredients. Cover dressing  tightly and shake well. Just
before serving, pour dressing over  salad. Toss lightly. Serves 8.
