INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Broccoli; separated into spears
Water
2 tb Margarine
1 tb Flour
1 tb Grated orange peel
1/2 c Orange juice
6 servings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook or steam broccoli until tender. Meanwhile, melt margarine, stir in
flour and orange peel. Gradually stir in orange juice. Cook over medium
heat until thickened. Serve over broccoli. Calories: 80 per serving. Yield:
LOW CALORIE
