INSTRUCTIONS
I've been trying the recipes on the back of my Empire chicken packages.
This one is a keeper.
mix sugar, juice, zest and starch over low flame until smooth and
thickened. Pour over frozen chicken breasts, and bake in a 350 oven for 35
minutes.
We topped it with pecans, and served it with plain couscous and vegetable
medley. My picky 6 year old ate a whole chicken breast.
