INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 | c | Frozen crinkle-cut carrots |

3/4 | c | Long-grain rice |
1/2 | 6 oz frozen orange juice | |
concentrate | ||
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/8 | t | Garlic powder |
1/8 | t | Pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. In a large skillet, cook chicken in hot oil till no longer pink, stirring constantly. Stir in mushrooms, carrots, water, rice, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Turn mixture into a 2 qt. casserole dish.
