INSTRUCTIONS
Pour hot water over bread crumbs in large bowl; let stand for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; stir lightly to combine. Stuff duckling..
NOTE: If dry stuffing is desired, omit hot water.
YIELD: 6 servings
