juice of 1 large orange | ||
1/2 | t | Five-spice powder |
1/8 | t | Finely minced fresh ginger |
1/8 | t | Rice wine vinegar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together zest, juice, five-=spice powder, ginger, and vinegar. Pour over chicken breasts placed in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot over rice with about a Tablespoon of juices poured over each serving.
