INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
Mix the seeds with the egg white and then coat the seeds with the icing
sugar. Place on a baking tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Place the water and sugar into a saucepan with the lime rind, dissolve over
a moderate heat and then cool over ice.
Mix the fruit together and when the liquid is cool, pour over the fruit,
sprinkle over the seeds and serve.
