INSTRUCTIONS
Place 1-inch of water and metal steamer basket in medium saucepan. Place
carrots in basket, and bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Steam
for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove carrots from steamer
basket and place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
