INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Sesame seeds
8 Boneless chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
6 tb Butter
1 c Fresh orange juice
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
1/3 c Mango chutney
2 tb Chopped fresh ginger
2 tb Rice vinegar
2 tb Orange zest; (peel)
1 tb Sesame oil
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

MARINADE
Place sesame seeds in a small bowl. Salt and pepper chicken. Melt butter in
skillet. Cook chicken breasts in butter about 3 minutes on each side. Whisk
together marinade ingredients and pour into 9x13-inch baking dish. Place
partially cooked chicken breasts in marinade and cover with foil. Bake at
400 degrees about 20 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Yield: 8 servings.
