INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Orange juice concentrate – thawed
1/3 c Light molasses
1/4 c Ketchup
3 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/8 ts Cumin
1 lb Turkey breast slices
Sliced lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: In a small bowl combine all the ingredients to create the
marinade, reserving the lemon slices. Remove 1/2 cup of the marinade and
set aside. Place the turkey slices into the marinade and let sit overnight
in the refrigerator. Drain the slices from the marinade. Heat a small
amount of olive oil in a large saut. pan. Add the turkey when the oil is
very hot. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked
through. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley and reserved
sauce.
