Eggs Meringue po, Sauces 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 Egg white
1/4 c Orange juice
1 1/2 ts Confectioners sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients, except egg white. Set aside. Beat egg white to soft
peaks. Fold into mayonnaise mixture. Makes 1 cup. Excellent for fruit
salads.
