INSTRUCTIONS
Mix juice, soy sauce, salad dressing mix, oil, peel and garlic in cruet or
small bowl as directed on the envelope.
Heat 1 TBS of the dressing mixture in large skillet on medium heat. Add
meat; cook and stir until cooked through. Add vegetables and remaining
dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve
over rice.
Makes 4 servings.

Notes: In the beginning of the recipe they suggest using the colorful
Broccoli Slaw Mix you find available in the produce section of grocery
stores.
I used a frozen package of Mixed Veggies that added many colors to the dish
with the various pepper strips, julienne carrots and broccoli with a few
snow peas, turned out delicious. For my oil, I used Extra Light Olive Oil
and light soy sauce. Turned out great!
