INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together the
potatoes, olive oil, orange peel, and paprika. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and bake about 30 minutes.
Stir thoroughly. Continue baking until the potatoes are crispy and golden
brown, about 45 minutes longer. Serve at once.Yield: 4-6 servings
