INSTRUCTIONS
Combine sugar, peanuts, and corn syrup in a heavy Dutch oven; cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches soft crack stage
(about 290degrees). Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and ornage rind. Add
soda, and stir well. Spread mixture thinly on to 2 warm, buttered 15 x 10 x
1-inch jellyroll pans (work quickly). Let cool, and break into pieces.
