INSTRUCTIONS
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN
Preheat oven to 350~. Cream butter and honey until thoroughly combined. Add
egg and orange peel. In separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, soda and
salt. Add the flour mixture and orange juice, alternating, to the creamed
mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan and bake
