INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
Dip meat into melted butter. Place on baking sheet with sides. Sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered in 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Reduce
oven heat to 350°F.
(SAUCE): Measure next 7 ingredients into saucepan. Bring to a boil
stirring often. Pour over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes more until tender.
Transfer meat to platter.
Pour sauce into saucepan. Mix flour, water and soy sauce until smooth. Add
to saucepan. Stir over medium heat until it boils and thickens. Pour over
meat. Garnish with sliced oranges.
Variation: Sprinkle heavily with curry powder after dipping in melted
butter and sprinkling with salt and pepper. Try this on all or even on a
