INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine sugar, mustard, salt, & vinegar. Heat over double boiler to
dissolve sugar.
2. add onion.
3. Place mixture in a blender and add oil slowly to emulsify.
4. add remaining ingredients to dressing and mix well.
NOTES : YIELDS 1 QUART
