INGREDIENTS

16 | oz | Can Stewed Tomatoes, cut |
1/2 | t | Mixed Italian Herbs |
1 | c | Celery, minced |
1 | c | Onion, chopped |
1 | c | Bell Pepper |
1 | c | Mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 | t | Thyme |
pn | Garlic powder | |
pn | Hot Pepper flakes |
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray a 13x9 Pan with non stick cooking spray and sprinkle with 1 tbls. of Lemon Juice. Arrange fish in a single layer and sprinkle with 1 tbls. Lemon Juice. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake uncovered in a 350 Degrees oven for 25-30 Minutes, until Fish flakes and sauce is thick.
