INSTRUCTIONS
Grate orange peel: set aside. Peel orange and chop coarsely. Combine
grated orange peel, chopped orange and remaining ingredients except
cilantro in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Add cilantro
before serving.
