INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | (3-oz) orange-flavored gelatin |
| 1 | c | Boiling water |
| 1 | pt | Orange sherbet |
| 1 | cn | (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple |
| 1 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 | cn | (11-oz) Mandarin orange sections; drained |
| 1/2 | pt | Whipping cream; whipped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet. When partially set, add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Chill until firm. Yield: 12 servings.
