Ingredients: 2 c Whipping cream; 1/2 c Fresh orange juice; 1/2 c Superfine sugar; 2 tb Grated, squeezed dry orange peel; 2 tb Orange liqueur; Strips orange peel

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Whipping cream
1/2	c	Fresh orange juice
1/2	c	Superfine sugar
2	tb	Grated, squeezed dry orange peel
2	tb	Orange liqueur
		Strips orange peel

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff. Blend juice, sugar, peel
and liqueur in small bowl. Fold mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into
parfait glasses. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving. Garnish with
orange peel.
