INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium
heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until
sugar dissolves.
Pour through a wire-mesh strainer into a small pitcher, discarding orange
rind. Serve with orange sections over ice cream or waffles.
Yield: 2 cups.
