INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 c Orange Juice
1 c Tahini
2 Cloves Garlic; Minced
1/2 ts Ground Coriander
1 ds Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine orange juice, tahini and garlic in a food processor; puree. Pour
into saucepan, stir in coriander and heat. Garnish with toasted sesame
seeds. Variations: add 1 tbsp poppy seeds add 1 tbsp soy sauce add a dash
of cayenne pepper
