INGREDIENTS

3 c Water
3 oz Gelatin
3 3/8 oz Instant vanilla pudding mix
3 oz Tapioca pudding mix
15 oz Mandarin oranges; drained
8 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
8 oz Cool Whip Lite; thawed

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes.
Return to a boil, stirring constantly;  boil for one minute. Remove from
the heat and cool completely.. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped
topping. Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Per serving: 274 Calories; 0g Fat (1% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 50g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 325mg Sodium
