INGREDIENTS

1/2 c (1 stick) butter, softened
2 ts Tarragon leaves, crushed
1/2 ts Grated orange peel
1/2 ts Salt1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in medium bowl; stir until combines. Chill. Serve
with hot cooked corn on the cob or other steamed vegetables. Makes
1/2    cup.
