6 Oranges
300 Simple syrup, 250g sugar
boiled
with 250ml water
chilled
1 t Orange blossom water
A large lemon, juice of

INSTRUCTIONS

Chill the oranges and peel them, removing all pith.  Slice into rounds
and remove any seeds and middle sections of pith.  Place in a deep dish
and cover with the chilled syrup and lemon juice.  Stir in the orange
blossom water and chill until ready to serve.  Converted by MC_Buster.
