INSTRUCTIONS
1. With a brush, coat the chicken lightly with olive oil. Place in a baking
dish, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. Scatter cloves of garlic in pan amid chicken. Pour white wine into pan.
3. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
(Shorten time if boneless chicken pieces are used.)
Note: I usually scatter more garlic. We love the pieces of baked garlic,
especially smeared on a piece of French bread.
I usually use boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and the cooking time is
about 30 minutes.
This smells heavenly as it is baking, and tastes wonderful.
