INSTRUCTIONS
=Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Stir
together flour, sugar, molasses, water, butter, eggs, cinnamom and ginger
in a large bowl until smooth. Dissolve baking soda in a little hot water
and stir into batter. Spoon into pan. Bake for 45 minutes, until a
toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cook slightly in
the pan, then dust with icing sugar and cut into squares.
