INSTRUCTIONS
Cut all fat from heat Stretch steak slightly so you can see which way the
grain runs. Cut into thin strips across the grain; then cut into 2 inch
length& Combine cornstarch, sugar, sherry, soy sauce and ginger in a 2
quart casserole. Add beef, stirring well to coat Microwave at medium high
(70%) 7 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Stir in celery.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until celery is tender crisp, 3 to 4
minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Stir in nuts. Serve over hot
rice. Makes 6 servings.
