Meats, Eggs 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breast ; chunked
1 Egg
Cornstarch
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Vinegar; ( I use balsimic)
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

SAUCE
Dip chicken in egg, then cornstarch. Fry in small amount of oil until
browned. Place in pan and cover with sauce. Bake 350 for 1 hour turning
every hour. Serve over rice.
Sauce: Note: This recipe is also very sweet and very good. Its from a good
friend, Mary Tomlinson, who doesnt mind if I share it. Although she
complains mine is not at all like hers, I love it. Usually I dont deep fry
and I double the sauce so I have more for the rice.
