3 tb Cider vinegar
1 tb Soy sauce, low-sodium
2 ts Honey
1 ts Sesame oil
1 ts Grated orange peel

1 ds Crushed red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Hi everyone. I'm on the lookout for some good lowfat salad dressings. Any
you want to share? Here is one I found in a local Heart Center Diet cook
booklet. I like it very much. It is fresh and flavorful....
Combine all ingredients; mix well to blend.

I like this the best with fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh grated orange
peel and fresh grated ginger. I also find I am happier with the dressing
when I omit the crushed red pepper.....
