INGREDIENTS

4 Green onions (up to 5)
1 pk (1-2 lb) slaw mix or shredded cabbage and carrots
8 tb Sunflower seeds
1 c Sliced almonds; I usually only use 1/2 cup
3 pk Ramen noodles; any flavor because you don't use the seasoning packet, break the noodles up into smaller pieces.
4 tb Sugar
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Each salt
1/2 ts Pepper
6 tb Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Mix the dressing ingredients, shaking or whisking to blend. Pour over the
slaw mix and onions. Add the ramen noodles and nuts just before serving.
