INSTRUCTIONS
Place the fish in a bowl. Mix together the ginger, soy or fish sauce, lime
rind and juice, honey and sesame seeds and spoon over the fish to coat.
Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes while preparing the vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
Brush 4 squares of foil, approximately 30cm (12 inches) in diameter lightly
with sesame oil.
Arrange a fillet of plaice in the centre of each square, with some of the
marinade and a quarter of the vegetables.
Bring the corners together to form a parcel and place on a baking tray in
the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and the
vegetables are just tender.
Notes Delicious served with egg noodles or Thai fragrant rice.
