INGREDIENTS

4 Plaice fillets, defrosted
2 Cm, 1 inch fresh root
ginger grated
2 T Light soy sauce or fish
sauce
Grated rind and juice of 1
lime
1 t Clear honey
1 t Sesame seeds
4 Salad onions, cut into thin
strips
1 Carrot, cut into thin
1 Red pepper, cut into thin
2 t Sesame oil
Egg noodles to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the fish in a bowl. Mix together the ginger, soy or fish sauce,
lime rind and juice, honey and sesame seeds and spoon over the fish  to
coat. Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes while preparing the
vegetables.  Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.  Brush 4
squares of foil, approximately 30cm (12 inches) in diameter  lightly
with sesame oil.  Arrange a fillet of plaice in the centre of each
square, with some of  the marinade and a quarter of the vegetables.
Bring the corners together to form a parcel and place on a baking  tray
in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until the fish flakes  easily and
the vegetables are just tender.  Notes Delicious served with egg
