INGREDIENTS

2 lg Avocados, ripe
1 lg Tomato, ripe
2 tb Onion, chopped fine
1 ts Lemon juice, fresh

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice peeled avocados and tomato. Mash together with fork to a paste. Add
onion and lemon juice. Serve on lettuce.
