INSTRUCTIONS
Combine while orzo is still warm. cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled, not
cold.
Variations:
1. add finely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes.
2. Use a different dressing: lowfat Roasted Garlic Caesar (creamy). --pat
