INGREDIENTS

2 c Cooked orzo, still warm
1/2 c Water-packed artichoke
hearts chopped
2 T Lowfat Italian salad
dressing spicy with
parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine while orzo is still warm. cover and refrigerate. Serve
chilled, not cold.  Variations    add finely chopped softened sun-dried
tomatoes.    Use a different dressing: lowfat Roasted Garlic Caesar
