INGREDIENTS

3 tb Garlic; minced
1 bn Fresh; stemed rosemary
2 tb Dried thyme
1 c Balsamic vinegar
3 c Apple juice
1/2 c Olive oil blend

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix marinade well the place ostrich in overnight. (4 hours minimum)
salt & pepper meat before grilling.
NOTES : Also great for lamb, poultry, pork.
