Ingredients: 3/4 c Ketcup; 1/4 c Cider vinegar; 2 ts Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce; 2 tb Mustard, Prepared; 1/4 c Sugar, dark brown; 1/2 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook sauce uncovered for 15 minutes.  Marinate ham in sauce for 1/2 hour or
longer, grill, broil, or fry ham steak basting with the sauce as needed.
