Reduced fat margarine |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray Pam onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a plastic bag and shake to mix well.
Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk, then place in the bag with the
dry ingredients and shake well to thoroughly coat each piece. Place the
coated chicken breasts onto the sprayed cooking sheet. Drizzle each with a
small amount of the margarine. Bake for 10 minutes on each side.
***To reduce the amount of fat further, you can omit the margarine, and
spray each breast with fat-free chicken broth before going into the oven.
